Effect: Ascii, Simple, Scroll Horiz

Description
Converts an image into an Ascii (text) representation, similar to the posters which were popular in the 70's. The letters can be made to scroll horizontally line by line, either to the left or the right.

Controls

Size:		Determines the size of the text.
Scroll Speed:		Determines the speed and direction of the scrolling.
Scroll Lines:		Determines the percentage of lines which will scroll.
