Effect: B&W, Pure

Description
Creates a black and white image containing no shades of grey, only pure black and white. You can think of this as extermely high contrast black and white film.

Controls

Midpoint:		Determines at what intensity the switch from black to white is made. All intensities lower than this value become black, while those higher become white.
Effect In/Out:		Dissolves between the original image and the effect.

Notes
Adding a small amount of blur will soften the "staircasing" which occurs at the black-white boundaries. You can also add some pixel noise to break up the solid shapes using the effects below.
