Effect: Boost Highlights & Shadows

Description
Makes the shadows of the image darker and the highlights brighter, without affecting the midtones.

Controls

Highlight Region:		Determines the highlight region to be affected. Any intensity greater than the one specified is considered to be a highlight.
Shadow Region:		Determines the shadow region to be affected. Any intensity less than the one specified is considered to be a shadow.
Region Edges:		Determines the sharpness of the regions. Softer values give a more gradual transition.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Highlight Region and Shadow Region values.

Examples

Original image.	Shadows (notice the bicycle shadow) are darker and highlights (notice the white socks) are slightly brighter. Also notice that midtones (such as the shirts and grass) are not affected.	Detail comparison.
