Effect: Monochrome

Description
Converts the image to an image containing only shades of a single hue. For example, a "black and red" image.

Controls

Red:		The amount of red in the image.
Green:		The amount of green in the image.
Blue:		The amount of blue in the image.
Effect In/Out:		Dissolves between the original image and the effect.
