Effect: Video Lines

Description
Adds horizontal lines to the image, giving the impression of a video screen.

Controls

Line Thickness:		The thickness of the video scan lines.
Gap Size:		The size of the dark gaps between the lines.
Contrast:		The contrast between the liknes and the gaps.
Effect In/Out:		Dissolves between the original image and the effect.
