Effect: Crop

Description
Crops the image to a user-specified rectangle.

Controls

Width:		The width of the cropped image.
Height:		The height of the cropped image.
Background:		The intensity of the area outside the cropped image, from black to white.
Locator:		Determines the center of the crop rectangle.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Width and Height.
