Effect: Peephole, Circle, Desaturate

Description
Creates a peephole (circle) and desaturates (mutes the colors of) the area outside this region. This effect can be used to draw attention to a particular area of an image.

Controls

Size:		The size of the circle.
Edge:		The softness of the edge of the circle.
Effect:		How much to desaturate the "other" region. The other region can be either inside the peephole or outside it, depending on the direction the slider is moved.
Locator:		Determines the center of the circle.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Size.
