Effect: Peephole, Square, Blur

Description
Creates a peephole (square) and blurs the area outside this region. This effect can be used to draw attention to a particular area of an image.

Controls

Size:		The size of the square.
Edge:		The softness of the edge of the square.
Effect:		How much to blur the "other" region. The other region can be either inside the peephole or outside it, depending on the direction the slider is moved.
Locator:		Determines the center of the square.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Size.
