Effect: Rotate

Description
Rotates the image.

Controls

Angle:		The degree of rotation of the image.
Background:		The brightness of the background.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Angle.

Notes
To rotate the image by 45 degree increments, use {Rotate, Fixed}. To precisely turn an image 180 degrees, use {Upsidedown}.
