Effect: Stretch

Description
Stretches the image with independent controls horizontally and vertically.

Controls

Size:		The base amount of the stretch. The proportions are determined by the Locator.
Horizontal:		How far to slide the stretched image horizontally.
Vertical:		How far to slide the stretched image vertically.
Locator:		Determines the ratio of the horizontal to vertical stretching. Click and drag in the small preview window to see how the proportions of the image change.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Size.
