Effect: Title Color, FG, RGB

Description
This effect modifies the foreground (text) color of a title image.

Controls

Red:		Determines the red value of the foreground (text).
Green:		Determines the green value of the foreground (text).
Blue:		Determines the blue value of the foreground (text).

Notes
This effect assumes that the background of the source image is black, and the foreground (text) is white.
