Effect: Title Jump

Description
This effect causes a title image to jump around the frame at random moments.

Controls

Max Distance:		Determines maximum jump size.
Probablity:		Determines how often the image jumps.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Max Distance and Probability values.

Notes
This effect assumes that the background of the source image is black.
