Effect: Title Slitscan, Horiz

Description
This effect creates a horizontal glow which traverses the title.

Controls

Spread:		Determines the spread of the glow.
Brightness:		Determines the brightness of the glow.
Slit:		Determines the width of the slit.
Effect In/Out:		Fades the glow in and out.

Notes
This effect assumes that the background of the source image is black, and the foreground is white.
