Effect: Blur

Description
Blurs the image with independent control over the horizontal and vertical blur amounts.

Controls

Horizontal:		The blur amount in the horizontal direction.
Vertical:		The blur amount in the vertical direction.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Horizontal and Vertical.

Notes
Use this effect carefully, as the larger the blur, the longer it takes to render the frame. Using large values may force a coffee break! To make sure you have the same amount of blur in both directions, use {Defocus} or {Defocus, Extreme}. To blur only one of the color components of an image, use one of the color specific effects below.
