Effect: Blur, Red Only

Description
Blurs the red component of the image with independent control over the horizontal and vertical blur amounts. The green and blue components are not affected.

Controls

Horizontal:		The blur amount in the horizontal direction.
Vertical:		The blur amount in the vertical direction.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Horizontal and Vertical.

Notes
Use this effect carefully, as the larger the blur, the longer it takes to render the frame. Using large values may force a coffee break!
