Effect: Light Streaks, Vertical

Description
Creates white vertical streak lines around the hilights of the image.

Controls

Size:		Determines the size of the streaks.
Amount:		Determines how much of the image is considered a hilight for glow purposes. The larger this value, the more of the image have streaks.
Intensity:		Determines the intensity of the streaks. Setting this value too high causes the streaks to wash out and appear flat.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Size.

Notes
This effect differs from {Glow, Vertical} in that the streak lines are more solid than the glow.
