Effect: Outlines 3

Description
Outlines the edges of the image, resulting in a graphic look. There are three variatons of this effect, each giving a slightly different visual effect.

Controls

Intensity:		The color of the outlines edges, going from black to white.
Cleanup:		How much to clean up the edges. A high value results in a few solid edges, while a low value gives many little edges.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Intensity.
