Effect: Counter, Seconds

Description
This effect places a seconds time counter on the clip. The seconds counter is based on 29.97 frames per second (NTSC) or 25 frames per second (PAL).

Controls

Mode:		Determines how the time is computed. The time either starts at frame 0 or 1, and is either relative to the clip or absolute (determined by the location of the clip in the timeline). A display in the small preview window indicates the selected mode.
Size:		Determines the size of the counter font.
Color:		Determines color scheme of the display.
