Effect: Overlay, Circle, Thin

Description
This effect places a thin circle on the clip.

Controls

Size:		Determines the size of the circle.
Arc:		Determines the angle of the circle's arc. A value less than 360 creates a partial circle.
Color:		Determines the color of the circle.
Locator:		Determines the location of the circle.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Arc value.
