Effect: Overlay, Letterbox

Description
This effect places an outline on the clip showing the edges of a letterbox format cropping.

Controls

Aspect Ratio:		Determines the format of the letterbox.
Size:		Determines the zoom factor of the letterbox.
Color:		Determines the color of the letterbox.
