Effect: Replace Color Brightness

Description
This effect replaces the brightness of the color selected by the user. A graph in the small preview window shows the extent and edge softness of the replacement.

Controls

Brightness Shift:		Determines the change in brightness.
Extent:		Determines the extent of the color to be replaced.
Edge:		Determines the edge softness (fuzziness) of the color to be replaced.
Locator:		Click on a point in the image to select the color which should be replaced.

Notes
Due to DV's sparsity of color data, it is difficult to do high quality color replacement. Often, the edges of the replaced area will have a blocky or chunky look to them.
