Effect: White Balance, Midtones

Description
This effect adjusts the color balance of the midtones of the image based on a user selected grey point.

Controls

Balance:		Determines the percentage of the balance effect.
Locator:		Click on a point in the image which should be grey (i.e. not have a color hue).
