Effect: Blip Frames

Description
Simulates the white frames at either end of a shot, due to the camera not being at full speed.

Controls

Where:		Where the white frames should appear in the clip: the start, the end, or at both ends.
White Frames:		The number of frames of pure white.

Notes
When edited, these frames are removed from the final footage. Leaving them in gives the impression that successive clips were shot one after the other with the same camera. In this case, the effect should be applied to both ends of the clips.
