Effect: Scratch, Single, Black

Description
Simulates the presence of a single scratch on the film positive. These scratches appear black on the screen.

Controls

Persistence:		The length of time the scratch is visible, before disappearing and reappearing at a differnt location on the frame.
Speed:		The speed with which the scratches move from side to side across a frame.
Thickness:		The thickness of the scratches.
Locator:		Determines the horizontal placement of the scratch. If the speed is not zero, the actual scratch placement will be offset from the click location.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Persistence.

Notes
Black scratches represent damage which was done to the negative in the projector, and are relatively common on older prints. Less common are white scratches, which represent damage to the film negative in the camera.
