Effect: Scratches, Long, White

Description
Simulates the presence of long scratches on the film negative. These scratches appear white on the screen, and run over several frames.

Controls

Number:		The maximum number of scratches that will appear on any given frame.
Speed:		The speed with which the scratches move from side to side across a frame.
Thickness:		The thickness of the scratches.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Number.

Notes
White scratches represent damage which was done to the negative in the camera, and are not very common. Much more common are black scratches, which represents damage to the film positive being run through the projector.
