Effect: Uneven Exposure

Description
Simulates exposure variations across the image, which result in dark and light areas over the frame.

Controls

Amount:		The severity of the exposure variation.
Probability:		The probability that a given frame has uneven exposure.
Rate:		The speed at which the expsure problem appears and disappears.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Amount.
