Description
Creates an image which resembles looking through bumpy glass.

Controls

Thickness:		Determines the amount of refraction through the glass. The higher this value, the more distorted the image will be.
Size:		Determines the size of the waves on the glass.
Effect In/Out:		Animates the Thickness value.
