Effect: Frames Per Second, Fast

Description
Gives the illusion of a scene shot at frame rates other than 30 frames per second, with the frames played back at their original speed, resulting in fast motion. See the important note below.

Frames Per Second:

The desired frame rate.

Notes
IMPORTANT: Since an effect plugin cannot change the duration of a clip, as the clip is sped up the extra portion is left black. These black portions can be trimmed off using iMovie's "Split Video Clip at Playhead" command in the Edit menu.
