Effect: Motion Trail

Description
Leaves behind a trail of frames, similar to but different from the Motion Blur effect.

Controls

Step:		Determines how many frames are skipped in generating the trail. A large value results in a more sparse trail, which a smaller value approaches the look of a motion blur.
Length:		Determines the number of frames the trail reaches back in time.
Fade:		Determines how fast the trail fades over time. A high value leaves behind a fainter trail.
