Effect: Slowdown

Description
Slows down the speed of a clip for a portion of its duration.

Controls

Slowdown:		Determines the amount of the slowdown.
Start:		Determines the starting time along the clip of the slowdown.
End:		Determines the ending time along the clip of the slowdown.

Notes
A display in the small preview window shows the speedup graphically.

IMPORTANT: Since an effect plugin cannot change the duration of a clip, as the clip is slowed down the remaining portion is lost. To avoid this, make sure that there is enough extra space at the end of your clip. For this, you may need to turn off the "Automatically start new clip at scene break" setting in iMovie's Preferences panel.
