Effect: Time Bounce

Description
Slides the time of the clip forwards and then backwards.

Controls

Bounce Time:		Determines the frequency of the seesaw.
Speed:		Determines the behavior of the clip speed. "Constant" means the speed does not vary. "Accelerate" speeds up the clip as the time approaches the bounce time. "Decelerate" slows down the clip as the time approaches the bounce time.
Rewind:		Determines whether the clip ends at the first frame.
