Effect: Time Wobble, Irregular

Description
Shifts the time of the clip forwards and backwards in an irregular manner.

Controls

Frequency:		Determines the frequency of the wobble.
Amount:		Determines the amount of the wobble.

Notes
A display in the small preview window shows the wobble graphically.
